CORPORATE MOTTO
Be a Source of Value
We continuously grow by inspiring and challenging one another, while striving to deliver our very best to customers and the marketplace.
Corporate Identity

Heritage and Innovation
Our corporate color, navy blue, represents sincerity and unwavering technical expertise, reflecting our commitment to carrying forward the legacy we have built over more than 60 years. The accent color represents water and, together with the softness of the typeface, expresses our ability to adapt flexibly to changing times without being constrained by convention.
Guided by Heritage and Innovation, we will continue supporting the quality of dialogue and creating the future of communication that transcends borders and cultures.
Official Character

Suzane and Genmai
Hoso Service Center's official characters, Suzane and Genmai, were designed around our desire to connect people and serve as a bridge for communication.
Suzane is inspired by the Suzaku, which is said to burn away misfortune and bring good fortune and prosperity. The heart motifs represent not only language, but also empathy, compassion, and attentive listening.
Genmai is inspired by Genbu, the guardian deity of water, and represents the flexibility to respond to diverse and changing environments like the flow of water. Its shell is designed in the shape of a microphone.
Together, they represent our work supporting the heart of conventions and events, and symbolize Hoso Service Center as we continue expanding into the world.
